Meet Your Provider

Hannah Nealey, FNP is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She started her nursing career in 2002 and has been working as an FNP since 2017. Hannah has over twenty years of experience in nursing by providing care in various settings such as hospitals, surgical centers, primary care and private psychiatric practice. She is available to provide outpatient psychiatry services for in-office and virtual medication management. She specializes in treating the full spectrums of depression, including bipolar, major depression, and postpartum, as well as various types of anxiety disorders and attention deficit disorders.

Hannah firmly believes it’s “okay to not be okay” and that mental health treatment is more than just medication. She believes in and practices personalized care. Hannah’s desire is to incorporate various forms of mental health strategies along with appropriate medication management. 

In her free time, Hannah enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor activities, and fitness. Hannah is also the owner of Rapha Psychiatry and Wellness and is a contract provider with One80 Counseling for medication management services.
