Jennifer Latsha

Director of Operations

Jennifer joined us with a genuine love for the healthcare field and a broad expertise in many aspects of running a private practice. With her experience in administrative operations, insurance and billing processes and management skills, Jennifer has helped develop and grow One-Eighty Counseling into one of the largest outpatient mental health groups in Wake and Johnston Counties. She takes great pride in the administrative team and group of clinicians she leads and feels they are the best in the area! She is passionate about supporting our providers and the work they do to provide mental health treatment in our community.

In her free time, Jennifer cherishes time spent with her family and friends, as well as spoiling her dogs! She enjoys sharing food with friends and family which includes cooking comforting meals at home. During hockey season she can be found watching and cheering on her favorite team, the Carolina Hurricanes!
