Isabell Fasnacht

Isabell is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate. She earned her Master of Social Work from Winona State University-Rochester’s Trauma Informed Program in Rochester, Minnesota and her Bachelor of Social Work from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota. Isabell has prior experience working in case management with adolescents and their families. She has also worked in different residential settings including a short-term crisis center with people aged 10-65 as well as a long term residential mental health treatment center with children aged 8-17.

Isabell specializes in working with adolescents and young adults who have experienced trauma. She helps clients ages 6+ Thru adult with a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, bipolar, relationship issues, behavioral issues, and stressful life transitions. Isabell incorporates a variety of evidence-based practices including person centered approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approach, Motivational Interviewing (MI), strengths-based approach, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Isabell is here to help you gain awareness, enhance your strengths, and develop coping strategies. Her goal is to empower you with the tools and insights necessary to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and improve your relationships to assist you in your healing journey. Isabell moved to North Carolina from Minnesota and enjoys soaking up the sun in her free time!
