Megan Biegler

Megan received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and her Bachelor’s Degree from Meredith College. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and offers counseling services in both languages. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and has worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families.

Megan has experience working with individuals ages 10 to 70, supporting them in working through parenting, relationships, mood regulation, depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+, self-esteem, grief, trauma, and many other issues. She works from a mindfulness standpoint and uses an eclectic approach that combines many different therapies as needed for each individual. These strategies include but are not limited to, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and other mind-body-based interventions.

Megan views her role as a therapist as one of support and collaboration. Her goal is to provide a safe space where you can explore the sensitive parts of yourself, understand yourself better, and work towards healing.
