When working with couples and families, Taylor’s treatment methods are Gottman, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Filial Therapy.

Taylor specializes in working with couples wanting to enhance their relationship, recover from affairs, increase their emotional intimacy, or other goals that might pertain to a couple. This can include married, non-married, and pre-marital couples. Taylor is SYMBIS certified and Level-1 Gottman trained, and is pursuing more training in Gottman and EFT. She also has experience with play therapy, where children and adolescents can utilize toys and sand trays to process current or past experiences, including traumatic events, as well as increase their self-awareness and self-esteem. Finally, Taylor has experience working with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-esteem/identity issues, spiritual issues, relational issues, family issues, and stressful life transitions. She provides faith-based or spiritually integrated therapy if requested by the client.
