Paige Goldbach

Paige is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (K-6 with Teacher Licensure) from Campbell University.

From a very early age, Paige has been particularly passionate about working with both children and adolescents to help promote early interventions and practices for positive mental and behavioral wellness. She strongly believes it is never too early to start encouraging individuals of all ages to learn and utilize coping skills, mindfulness exercises, healthy boundary setting, and effective communication skills to help ensure her client’s needs are met. Through an eclectic, strengths-based, and holistic approach combining various aspects of different modalities and treatment approaches, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Paige works with her clients to create a differentiated treatment plan that best fits each of her client’s needs and desires throughout their therapeutic journey together.

Paige helps clients through a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, LGBTQIA+ challenges, OCD, eating disorders, stress management, life changes and adjustment issues, grief and loss, intellectual and developmental disabilities, effective communication, self-esteem, peer pressure, bullying, and more.

In Paige’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends & family, reading, and listening to Taylor Swift’s entire discography on repeat.
