Grace is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She earned her Master of Social Work with a Clinical Social Work Certificate from the University of Kentucky in May 2026 and her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in May 2025. Grace is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Her clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed techniques, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Grace values a holistic and collaborative approach that focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. By developing coping skills, identifying personal strengths, and incorporating mindfulness, Grace supports clients in increasing self-awareness and pursuing goals that promote growth and overall well-being. She strives to help clients leave each session feeling encouraged, supported, and equipped with tools that promote continued personal growth.
Outside of the therapy setting, Grace enjoys spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach and lake, and going on long walks. She values community, meaningful connections with others, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
