Modalities used in sessions include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, mindfulness, strengths perspective, and more. Carrie aims to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment in which she can support you as you identify your strengths and work towards meeting your wellness goals. She works with individuals who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and life transitions. As she grows in her practice, Carrie is eager to continue learning about specialized and emerging theories and treatment modalities so that she can continue to best serve her clientele.

Outside of the office, Carrie enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, exploring the Triangle, and keeping up with the Hurricanes hockey team!
