Ives (Maready) Stone

LCMHCA

Ives is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate who earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Meredith College and is proud to call North Carolina home.

Ives’ approach is relational, collaborative, and clinically grounded. She draws from a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, attachment-based work, and person-centered principles. Ives works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. She believes therapy can be a place to slow down, understand what’s underneath, and begin making meaningful, lasting change.

For clients who value faith as part of their healing journey, Ives welcomes the opportunity to integrate spiritual beliefs into the counseling process.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her with her husband and their dog, Honey. Ives’ perfect day includes a slow morning, an afternoon in her garden, testing out her latest recipe, and unhurried conversations. She believes life is best lived at a pace that leaves room for connection, curiosity, and grace.
