Donna Bauer was born and raised in North Carolina and brings to One80 over 13 years of experience in leadership and business development. With a combined 10 of those years spent in the fitness industry, Donna solidified her love for people, customer/consumer experience, team culture, and networking. She always appreciated and understood how physical and mental health are intertwined, and has truly found her calling in behavioral health. Through networking, outreach, and intentional brand awareness, Donna is excited to contribute to One80’s mission of increasing the reach to individuals in need of quality mental health care. Donna resides just north of Raleigh with her husband Will and their three pups, Jack, Goose, and Nash. In her free time, she enjoys running, hunting/fishing, traveling, and anything outdoors with her little family.
