Kimberly “Drew” Colgan


Drew is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHC-A) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She earned a Master’s degree in Counseling from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology also from North Carolina State University. Drew has significant experience counseling on college campuses, as well as working with children and adolescents.

Drew focuses on providing a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where growth and unconditional positive regard is emphasized. Drew works with children, adolescents, and young adults working through depression, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, life changes, family conflict, and personal battles. She has a special interest in working with teens and emerging adults who are encountering life transitions, self-esteem issues, friendship problems, bullying, and peer pressure. The theories and techniques Drew pulls from in her therapeutic practices include person-centered, solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and also faith based counseling upon request.
