Jessica Nowadly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, NY in 2013. In addition to her training as an LCSW, Jessica is also a Certified Trauma Practitioner.
Jessica strives to create a warm and welcoming space for clients to feel safe and comfortable to share their story and begin working through the therapeutic process. She operates from a trauma informed, resiliency focused, strengths-based perspective while utilizing principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Jessica aims to help empower clients to utilize their strengths and resources in order to reach their full potential, overcome obstacles and cope in a healthy way. She can also implement a faith-based approach, when appropriate for the client.
Jessica specializes in women’s health, specifically along the perinatal spectrum- from pre-pregnancy struggles, to the postpartum period, parenting, and beyond. She also works with adolescent and adult women struggling with identity, self-esteem, and body image. Additionally, Jessica has experience working with anxiety, OCD, stress management, and adjustment issues in both men and women
